IMG_0107.JPG

Cardio drumming is a fun and simple exercise that activates many muscles with high-intensity drumming movements. Besides drumming, this exercise usually includes some dance moves and steps that will put your whole body in motion. Some of the benefits of cardio drumming are:

– Improving cardiovascular health

– Lowering blood pressure

– Reducing stress and anxiety

– Increasing strength and endurance

– Strengthening your immune system

– Improving coordination

Cardio drumming is a low-impact workout that people of all ages and fitness levels can do. It can also be modified for people with injuries or other limitations. Cardio drumming helps improve your motor skills and hand-eye coordination, and it can even help lessen the symptoms of some health conditions. It’s a great alternative to going to the gym, and it’s also fun for people who love music.

I Joined cardio drumming with my daughter as a means to spend time together each week. She has since moved across the country but I will not stop attending this class because it is my fun night out and I have so many friends to share the evening with.
